Willie is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company. This includes project management, procurement, contract negotiations, and construction estimating. Willie also plays a large role in forecasting and budgeting for each job, and he handles and approves all negotiations with owners and subcontractors. 

Expertise

Willie has always been a part of the construction industry and has been with Harry Pepper for over 40 years. He started his professional journey as a plumber at Harry Pepper. He then progressed to project manager, chief estimator, procurement manager, vice president, and executive vice president. In 2014, he became CEO.

Willie holds numerous licenses, including his unlimited general contractor's license in Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina, his marine contractor license in South Carolina, and his plumbing state license in Florida.

The Personal Side

Willie enjoys spending time with his family. He also loves the outdoors and can be found fishing, hunting, or golfing with friends.
