Senior project manager
Greg is routinely responsible for multiple concurrent projects, including work activities and administrative duties. He supervises the overall performance of his team of project managers and on-site personnel, oversees procurement of materials and equipment, monitors construction activities and work schedules, and ensures quality control and safety programs are in place and being followed.
Greg specializes in coordination of major equipment, electrical features, instrumentation, and process control aspects of each project. He is a part of the estimating team and assists with pricing new jobs and reviewing owner change requests.
He is ultimately responsible for maintaining a professional relationship with all our customers, subcontractors, and vendors, helping to make each project successful.
Greg has been in the construction industry for over two decades and has worked for Harry Pepper and Associates for over 16 years on numerous projects, including reservoirs, stormwater treatment areas, and pump stations.
He has filled many roles, including safety officer, mechanical and electrical specialist, project engineer, quality control manager, and project manager.
Greg earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from Purdue University. He also holds a USACE Quality Management for Contractors certification, an OSHA 30-hour certification, is trained in fall protection, completed silica awareness training, and has been a competent person for crane rigging/safety.
Greg’s hobbies include antique car and truck restoration, perusing community fairs and flea markets, outdoor landscaping, boating, and fishing.
