SCOPE OF SERVICES

MEP construction renovation and systems upgrading of 40,000 SF Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) to Navy 2+0 room berthing standards (occupancy: 116 people each building). Wet pipe sprinkler fire protection system was added, deteriorated mechanical and electrical systems were replaced, and interior finishes were upgraded. Each module was installed with coordinated cable TV connections, telephone and local area network with a workable furniture arrangement. A new sloped roofing system was added to both buildings and new stairs were added to the north and south ends of B: 3704. Buildings were brought up to current AT/FP compliance, replacement of all mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
